Company: When this policy mentions "Company," "we,” “us," or "our," it refers to PROFREA SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, 119, 1st Floor, S City Rd, Block D, South City 1, Sector 41, Gurugram, Haryana 122001 that is responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy.

Customer: Refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.

Workspace:Space offered in the setup equipped with utilities and amenities as shared on the company’s website.

Setup : Establishment consisting of multiple workspaces.

Device: Any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit and use the services.

Service: Refers to the service provided by PROFREA.COM as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

Website: PROFREA.COM's site, which can be accessed via this URL

You: a person or entity that is registered with PROFREA.COM to use the Services.

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for being a valuable part at PROFREA.COM. We appreciate the fact that you like to opt our services that we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating, and using our services. As with any user experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at PROFREA.COM. We'll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by using our services at PROFREA.COM, you agree to the terms set forth below along with PROFREA.COM's Privacy Policy.


We at PROFREA.COM commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best services. Every single service that you choose is minutely designed for your best experience.If slots at a particular location are not available due to booking,maintenance, operational etc.We may have to wait for some time, till resolution of that particular services.You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily.

Refunds will be done after deducting a cancellation fee for services already booked. This will be calculated on a slab rate as per the below chart:

Any additional costs already incurred in executing your task shall also be deducted wherever applicable. Once a booking is completed, no refunds can be made.

For bookings

You need to pay at least 10% of the booking amount as advance to make a booking for workspaces

Cancellation Time Cancellation Charges
15 days or more prior to joining panel FREE Cancellation (100% refund)
Between 7-15 days to join the panel. 50% advance amount
Less than 7 days to joining panel 100% advance amount 100% advance amount
On the date of booking

In case you do not show up at the workspace,no refund is applicable on the booking.


User expressly permits all details shared for verification purposes, to be shared with Verification Partner (for the purposes of these terms, “Verification Partner” shall mean any third party engaged for providing verification services) including contact details for the purpose of availing the services.


Profrea acts as a facilitator in India on behalf of the customer. Profrea cannot be held responsible for bureaucratic delays when dealing with government bodies / academic institutions / external agencies. All tasks are done on the best effort basis only. The decision of the company will be final and binding on this matter.

Time to refund to process a request for cancellation is a maximum of 15 working days. However, timelines for actual refund to take place and for the credit to reach your account would depend on the speed of banking channels and the credit card companies involved in the transaction (as may be applicable).

Your Consent

By using our platform, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Return & Refund Policy and agree to its terms. Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you can delete your account.


The User hereby agrees and authorizes that the Company has the right to:

  • Any information or data supplied by the user, for the company’s own purpose and/or pass on such information to any other associate companies or selected third party, as per this agreement
  • The company also reserves all rights to retain all data or/and information supplied by the User while using the Service to remain with for the exclusive use of the Company in accordance with service agreement.
  • By using services and providing us your phone/mobile/landline number, you agree to receive all sales or service calls from our employees/partner/alliances notwithstanding your registration for NDNC (National Do Not Call) registry
Legal & Paperwork

Payments for any booking that you may place with us will remain under hold till such time that our Customer Service reviews the booking and finds it serviceable. Until then you can request a change in your order details if any. If on review by customer service, your order is found unserviceable, you will have the option to amend the order or get a full refund.

Normal time for review and acceptance is a maximum of 48 hours from the time of placing the booking. When customer service accepts your booking after review, it becomes a confirmed booking.
